To ensure that your pool is always ready to swim in, our technicians come out once per week, or more as needed, to test, add chemicals, and clean your pool. Please note that spas, fountains, storm cleanups, and additional visits are extra. Before starting pool service we will do a pre-service inspection to determine what will best suite your needs. All of our services are on a month to month basis only, you may discontinue at anytime.
Chemical Service: $100 /month
For people who want to maintain their own equipment but don’t want to hassle with testing the water or sorting chemicals. We test the water and add the necessary chemicals to properly balance and sanitize your pool.
Deluxe Chemical Service: $130 /month
The same great service as our Chemical Service, plus we empty the pump and skimmer baskets and the cleaner bag, and then we brush the steps and clean the filter* as needed.
Deluxe Plus Service: $140 /month
Deluxe Chemical Service + leaves skimmed off the top of the pool.
Full Service: $160 /month
We do it all!!! Rest assured that your pool will be completely cleaned. A technician will empty all baskets and cleaner bag, skim the top of the pool, and vacuum the bottom where needed.

Three Extra Charges Per Year:
Filter Cleaning, Conditioner Additive, and Algae Control/Phosphate Balancing
- A filter cleaning charge is assessed once per year in the Fall for filter cleanings during the year ($100.00).
- We have a conditioner charge once a year in February which covers conditioner for the year ($55.00).
- Algae Control/Phosphate Balancing is charged once a year in April and provided from Spring through Fall ($85.00).
Service is billed monthly for weekly service at 4 weeks per month. We service your pool 48 times a year. We take off the week of Christmas and we do not clean or service Thanksgiving or the day after Thanksgiving.
Payment System:
All customers will be set up on our Automatic and Secure Invoicing and Payment system. This allows our customers to review their accounts on line and pay automatically through your credit card, debit card or checking account.
