The pool construction process begins with you. Once you decide you want a pool, call us and get a bid from one of our designers. He or she will make a computer rendition of your future pool in 3-D and you will see if that’s what you want. Once you decide it’s the one you want, we get a payment, get permits, and setup the process with our Scheduling Manager, May, who has devoted many years of her career to pool construction management. She works with the designer, the workers, and Joe himself to keep the project right on track. Joe keeps open folders on his meticulous desk and no folder goes away until the customer is satisfied. May keeps everything in the computer matching what’s on Joe’s desk. Once the permits are issued for the approved design, the dig is scheduled. Then the plumbing, electrical, iron, gunite, deck, tile, plaster, equipment, and start-up. What time is the BBQ?
Remodel your existing pool by adding steps, adding jets, add or removing lights, change the decking to tile or concrete, or change the finish. You can have nice quiet pumps, solar heating, waterfalls, water laminars, bubblers, LED lights, fire pots, and fire pits, and your spa will have high pressure water and air bubbles warmed to the perfect temperature at the time you choose.
Our remodeling expert,Tristen Traynor, explains the process in this short video about remodeling your pool.
Visit our tile showroom at our headquarters off Hwy 50 and Sunrise. See our map at the bottom of this page! We can loan you various tiles to try out for your location. Nothing having an actual tile to make a choice.
If it’s early in your pool planning, check out various tiles at National Tile. Once you find a few you like, pick up a sample at our Pyrites Way location, or have your designer leave you some to try.
Plaster is the skin of the pool. We start with dirt, add plumbing and steel, and then blast with gunite. Once the gunite is cured, that’s your job, we then apply plaster. From traditional white plaster to a pool with natural pebbles and stones in our finishes with StoneScapes, QuartzScapes, and JewelScapes, which is the product we use and stand by, Pool Time will put in the time to make your pool the way we would want for ourselves. We are pleased with the quality of the National Pool Tile products as we are also pleased with Paramount and Pentair.
Concrete connects the pool with your backyard. Where tile and natural stone aren’t appropriate, concrete can be placed either traditionally or stamped with patterns and colors. Concrete can be sealed for a wet look if that’s what’s indicated for your pool project.
Do you want a natural looking pool? What is more natural than natural rock from deep in the earth. Natural stone can be used as decking, walls, coping, and planter beds and has a beauty that is stunning.
We prefer Sta-Rite / Pentair for our pumps(Intellipro), filters(System:3), heaters(Max-E-Therm), cleaners(Pentair Racer), intelligent pool(Intellitouch), and lighting(Intellibright) , and we like Paramount for venturi skimmers, water purifiers (UltraUV), sanitizer systems (Clear03) and spa jets. We also offer the AquaCal heat pump if a heat pump is right for you.
Pool Financing made simple and quick. The same company that offers us great equipment also has a financing network. Click to fill out an application for a pool loan and our partners at Paramount will get you approved quickly.
